Curious Practical Human
I'm Paula Petrucci. I help growing businesses bring more clarity to the way people, clients, projects, and information work together.
I'm often hired for one role and naturally begin connecting the spaces around it. I document the process nobody has written down. I notice the handoff that keeps failing. I follow up before the client has to ask. And I build a structure the team can actually use.
The thread through my work
Over the past six years, I've worked remotely with U.S. companies across SaaS, marketing, real estate, biotech, professional services, and other growing industries.
My background crosses account management, project management, customer success, operations, executive assistance, recruiting, marketing, and process improvement. To me, these are not disconnected experiences. They taught me to see a business from several angles at once.
I understand the client promise and the internal work required to keep it. I can move between strategy and details, relationships and systems, planning and execution.
The four lenses I bring
Account management, customer success, renewals, expectations, and long-term relationships.
Planning, ownership, handoffs, risks, deadlines, launches, and follow-through.
Workflows, documentation, SOPs, onboarding, coordination, and continuous improvement.
Customer discovery, growth opportunities, marketing, recruiting, and executive support.
How I work
I start by understanding reality. Before changing a system, I learn how the work actually moves and why people make the choices they do.
I build only what is useful. A simple process people follow is more valuable than a perfect system nobody maintains.
I communicate early. Risks, questions, and changing priorities are easier to manage before they become urgent.
I use AI with human judgment. Technology helps me research, organize, and move faster. The final decision, context, and creativity remain human.
The short version
If your business is growing but execution feels increasingly difficult, I'd love to hear what is happening.
